[attr="class","p_post"]"Behavior" is an apt way to describe how Kaida acts. Quiet in such a way as to defy logic, Kaida appears to be a calm, thoughtful person. However, seething rage guides any venomous words she spews, any blow she strikes, and she feels the need to defy anything resembling an order in much the same way as a defiant dog. [break][break]
However, there is virtue in the way she acts. Kaida makes a point to never lie, and always pays back any debts she owns. While a distrustful person, any who earn her trust will find a very loyal friend who takes on any problem as her own, almost to the point of overprotectiveness. Truly, she defines herself as an absolutely awful enemy to have, but a wonderful friend to have.

[attr="class","p_post"]Kaida knew herself as a woman best described as long and thin. Her hair, her arms, everything. That didn't change much in her new form, except for being much larger in scope. Brown and green scales now ripple across her whole body, only being broken along her back with black stripes. [break][break] Her face, already pretty expressionless, now struggles to show any sort of emotion. A long, whip-like tail drags behind her, and her form is now almost completely beast-like, only being able to rise on her hind legs for a few seconds at a time. Black claws grow from her still disturbingly human-like hands and feet. [break][break] Perhaps to make her more intimidating, her teeth stick out of her maw in a sharp snout, forcing her scaly face into a permanent sneer.

[attr="class","p_block"]history
[attr="class","p_post"]Kaida entered this life as a slave, meant to follow orders as an obedient dog in Citadel.
All Kaida understood, in a mind vaguely more animal than human, was that she was meant to be submissive simply because someone was born differently than her. It simply did not make sense to the girl, and still didn't make sense to her as she grew up. For what felt like centuries, she toiled for a family not her own, for friends not her own. She fulfilled her duty, but not out of fear or respect. Her duty was simply that, a duty thrust upon her for what felt like no reason.
Slowly, she started lashing out at random. Refusing a order here, breaking something there. It felt good, despite the punishments, and nothing could deter her from her frenzied defiance.[break][break] Her owners found not a dog, but some fierce dragon lashing out at them. [break][break] She noted how they didn't kill her, sell her and thought maybe, just maybe, she was being fierce and defiant for no reason. She thought to be more obedient, if only to see what would happen...until she found what she was meant to be. A sword and shield, a guard dog at the most charitable. To die and make sure her "master" would survive the Game. What a revolting idea. [break][break] Thus, she found herself with blood on her hands, and accusatory eyes upon her. Yes, here she was, more creature than person. She got treated as one too. If her master couldn't go, she would, and they would gleefully watch her struggle, starve, and beg for death in a horrible environment. [break][break] Fine then. At least she could be the creature she was meant to be.
